A deep dive into Röko AB’s origins, the Lifco blueprint behind the company, and why Röko may be emerging as one of the most interesting Nordic serial acquirers.
That karlsson acquirers.com interview was extremely helpful in my own analysis… I’m glad you found it. But I had not seen much information regarding shareholders and liquidity changes during the IPO period, especially about Woodlock Capital. This was super helpful. In an interview with Lawrence Cunningham I found on spotify, the presence of like-minded shareholders is often a strong signal of future returns, especially in the quality realm. The sector-agnostic note is a also critical component to the story, I’m glad you spent time talking about this. Overall a fantastic writeup and looking forward to part 2.
What a brilliant write up! Once I started reading this this morning I honestly couldn’t put it down. Really really impressive. Thank you.
Thank you, Benjamin, for your kind words! I really appreciate it. You could also like the Teqnion deep dive (if you haven't checked it out yet). 😊
I may have already checked it out 😁👍 also great read. Currently reading Roko part 2
